Pretty URLs

* Started conversion of pages to use pretty URLs. Currently only implemented with restaurant listings:

http://www.hungrytable.com/restaurant/100/

instead of:

http://www.hungrytable.com/restaurant.php?id=100

    Though that isn’t nearly as pretty as having the restaurant’s actual name in the URL ;-)
